This Privacy Policy applies to Living Wholistically, operated by Maleeah Jay ("we," "us," "our," "Company"). We provide holistic wellness coaching, digital programs, guided audio products, and related services through this website and our client portal.

2. HIPAA Notice — Important Clarification

Living Wholistically is not a "covered entity" or "business associate" as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We are a private wellness coaching business and do not bill insurance or provide clinical healthcare services. Accordingly, HIPAA's federal privacy regulations do not apply to us. However, we voluntarily adopt standards of care for your health information consistent with the spirit of those protections, as described in this Policy.
