About Maleeah

Heal from the root.

Living Wholistically began with a simple belief: your body already knows how to heal. It needs the right conditions. Herbs, food, breath and a calm nervous system are how we create them.

Training and background

It started with my own health: inflammation, chronic stress and asthma. I began with fasting and changing the way I ate, then found herbalism, and later breathwork and meditation. Over time it changed my life for the better, and I went on to train formally.

My training began with my own body. I'm certified through AFPA in holistic health and nutrition, Loka Yoga School in breathwork facilitation and meditation, and the Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine.

I'm in a continuous state of learning, applying, and growing — not only to be better as a being on this planet, but so that everyone who comes into contact with me leaves better than they arrived. Whatever I learn, my clients get the benefit of it.
