Living Wholistically

Terms & Conditions

Effective October 16, 2026

The terms for using this website and for every program, session, audio and guide Living Wholistically offers. For coaching programs, they are also the client agreement you accept when you enroll. The health section is the most important part; please read it in full.

Who these terms are between

This website and everything offered on it are provided by Positive Paradigm LLC, doing business as Living Wholistically ("Living Wholistically", "we", "us"). Maleeah Jay is its founder and practitioner. "You" means the person using the website or buying from it.

By using this website, buying anything, booking a call or session, or submitting an intake form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be 18 or older to buy or take part. We do not knowingly work with anyone under 18.

What Maleeah is, and is not

Maleeah is a holistic wellness practitioner and coach. She is not a medical doctor, nurse, registered dietitian, pharmacist, psychologist, counselor or therapist, or any other licensed healthcare provider, and she does not present herself as one.

What we offer is education and coaching for general wellness: everyday habits around food, herbs, breath, rest and stress. It is not medical care. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, we do not prescribe, and nothing we share replaces the care of your own doctor or mental-health professional.

Working with us does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client or any other licensed healthcare relationship. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Health, medical and emergency disclaimer

Talk to your doctor or another qualified healthcare provider before you start any program, herbal regimen, cleanse or fast, or change how you eat, move or breathe, especially if you have a medical or mental-health condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive, take any medication, or are under a doctor's care.

Never stop, reduce or change a prescribed medication, or delay or ignore medical advice, because of anything on this website or in a program.

Emergencies: we cannot respond to medical or mental-health emergencies. If you think you may be having one, call 911 (or your local emergency number) right away. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US. Do not contact us instead.

  • Herbs: herbs are powerful. They can interact with prescription and over-the-counter medicines and with other supplements, cause allergic reactions, and be unsafe in pregnancy, while breastfeeding, before surgery or with some health conditions. Buy from reputable sources, follow your healthcare provider's guidance, and stop and seek medical advice if you react badly. We do not make or sell herbal products and are not responsible for products made by others.
  • Cleanses, fasting and changes to how you eat: these are not suitable for everyone. Do not follow them without your doctor's approval if you have diabetes or blood-sugar problems, low blood pressure, heart, kidney or liver disease, or a history of disordered eating, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you take medication. Stop and get medical help if you feel faint, confused or unwell.
  • Breathwork and meditation: these practices can bring up strong sensations and emotions and can cause light-headedness or tingling. Check with your doctor first if you are pregnant, or have epilepsy or seizures, heart disease or high blood pressure, glaucoma or eye problems, recent surgery, or a history of panic attacks, psychosis or another serious mental-health condition. Practice sitting or lying down in a safe place, stop if you feel unwell, and never listen to a guided audio while driving, in water, or while doing anything that needs your attention.

You are responsible for your own health decisions. You take part by your own choice and at your own risk.

Your intake, and working together

Before a coaching program, custom audio or Inner Hour session you will be asked to complete an intake form about your health. Please answer fully and honestly, including every medication, supplement, diagnosis and allergy, and tell us promptly if anything changes. We rely on what you tell us, and we are not responsible for outcomes caused by information that was left out or inaccurate.

Maleeah may decline an enrollment. If she does, you'll get a full refund within 5–14 business days. She may also suggest you see a healthcare provider first, or pause or end a program if continuing is not safe or suitable for you.

What you share with us is confidential. Only Maleeah and Living Wholistically see it, and we never share it without your written permission unless the law requires it or someone's safety is at immediate risk. In return, please keep the private materials of your program to yourself.

Results differ from person to person and depend on many things outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result, and any client stories we share are individual experiences.

Please treat us with respect, as we will you. We may end our work together, without a refund for what has already been provided, if a client is abusive, threatening or harassing.

Purchases and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe; we never see or store your card details. A price change never affects something you have already paid for.

Digital guides and audios are delivered by email as a private download link that expires after about an hour; you can request a new link from your order page. Coaching programs, custom audios and Inner Hour sessions begin after payment, with your intake form and booking details sent by email.

If something goes wrong with a payment, please contact us first so we can put it right. If a charge is disputed with your bank without contacting us, we may share the details of your purchase and these terms with our payment processor.

Refunds and cancellations

  • Digital guides and ready-made audios: because they are delivered instantly, all sales are final once the download link has been sent. If a file is damaged or will not open and we cannot fix it, or you were charged twice, we will refund you.
  • Coaching programs, custom audios and Inner Hour sessions: you can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, as long as your session has not taken place and Maleeah has not begun preparing anything for you (for a program or custom audio, that begins when she reviews your intake form). After that, they are made for you and cannot be refunded.
  • Missed calls and sessions: please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. A call or session missed without that notice may be forfeited.
  • If Maleeah declines your enrollment, you get a full refund (see above). If she has to end a program early for reasons that are not your doing, you get a refund for the part you have not received.
  • Events: tickets bought on Eventbrite follow the refund policy shown on that event's Eventbrite page.
  • Private bookings and collaborations: covered by the written agreement for that booking.

Exceptional circumstances, such as a documented medical emergency, are considered case by case.

To ask for a refund, email hello@livingwholistically.org from the address you used to buy. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; banks usually take 5–14 business days. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the law.

Our content

Everything we provide, including text, guides, audios, protocols, plans, recordings, images and methods, belongs to Living Wholistically and Maleeah Jay. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own wellness. Please do not copy, share, resell, record or publish it without our written permission; sharing paid materials ends your access without a refund. The Living Wholistically name and logo are ours.

We only share a testimonial, story or photo of you with your permission, and you can ask us to stop using it in anything new at any time.

Limits of our responsibility

You take part in our programs, sessions and practices voluntarily and accept the risks that come with them, including physical discomfort, emotional responses and reactions to herbs or changes in diet. To the fullest extent the law allows, you release Living Wholistically, Positive Paradigm LLC and Maleeah Jay from claims arising from your participation.

OUR SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY THAT THEY WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS OR ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR HEALTH OR WELLNESS OUTCOME.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR HEALTH DECISIONS YOU MAKE, REACTIONS TO HERBS OR FOODS, OR RESPONSES TO BREATHWORK OR MEDITATION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE THE CLAIM IS ABOUT IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE IT.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

If a claim is brought against us because you broke these terms or gave false or incomplete intake information, you agree to cover the reasonable costs it causes us, including legal fees.

Ending our work together

You can stop a program at any time by telling us in writing; refunds then follow the section above.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, share paid materials, give false intake information or behave abusively. In that case there is no refund for what has already been provided.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as illness, natural disasters or internet outages. If one affects your program, we will offer to reschedule or make it up to you.

Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong, please email hello@livingwholistically.org first. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.

If we cannot, any dispute about these terms or our services will be decided by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, held in Louisiana or by phone or video if you prefer. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Disputes are brought individually, not as part of a class action.

You can opt out of arbitration by emailing hello@livingwholistically.org within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Disputes are then decided in the state or federal courts in Louisiana.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term straight away does not waive it. These terms, the Privacy Policy and any written agreement for a private booking are the whole agreement between us.

Payments, bookings, events and the newsletter run on other companies' services (such as Stripe, Calendly, Google, Eventbrite and Kit), whose own terms also apply when you use them.

If these terms change we will post the new version here and update the date at the top; significant changes will also be emailed to current clients. A change never applies to a purchase made before it.
