Living Wholistically

Privacy Policy

Effective October 16, 2026

What personal information Living Wholistically collects, why, who handles it for us, and how long it is kept. The short version: we collect only what we need to serve you, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

Who is responsible

Living Wholistically is a business of Positive Paradigm LLC, which is responsible for the personal information described here ("we", "us"). Maleeah Jay is its founder and practitioner.

Questions or requests about your information: hello@livingwholistically.org.

What we collect and why

  • Website forms (contact, private bookings, newsletter): your name, email address and your message, so we can reply. Please keep health details out of these forms; they are not built for them.
  • The assessment: your answers are worked out in your browser and are not sent to us. If you ask for your reflection by email, we receive your name, email address and your overall result categories so we can send it.
  • Purchases: Stripe takes your payment. We receive your email address, what you bought, the amount and the payment reference, never your card details.
  • Calls and sessions: when you book, the booking service gives us your name, email address and the time you chose.
  • Events: Eventbrite handles registration and shares your name and email address with us as the organizer.
  • Newsletter: Kit keeps your email address and may record whether our emails are opened, so we can tell what is useful.
  • Technical data: our host processes your IP address and the pages you request, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse (for example by limiting repeated form submissions). We do not use it to identify you.

We use this information to deliver what you asked for, to reply to you, to send the newsletter if you signed up for it, to keep the website secure, to keep business records and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Health information

This website never asks for or stores your health history. When you join a coaching program, buy a custom audio or book an Inner Hour session, you are sent an intake form hosted on Google Forms in Living Wholistically's own business Google account. Only Maleeah and Living Wholistically can see your answers.

Coaching clients also use a private client portal (portal.livingwholistically.org) for their plan, audios and check-ins. Only you and Maleeah can see your portal.

Your health information is used only to prepare and support your program, never for marketing. We never sell it, and we never share it without your written permission, except where the law requires it or to protect someone from immediate harm.

Living Wholistically is a wellness coaching business, not a healthcare provider, and does not bill insurance, so the US health-privacy law HIPAA does not apply to it. We still treat your health information as confidential.

Services that handle information for us

  • Cloudflare hosts this website, keeps order records and delivers your downloads.
  • Stripe processes payments.
  • Resend sends the website's emails, such as receipts, download links, your assessment reflection and replies to forms.
  • Kit manages the newsletter.
  • Eventbrite handles event registration.
  • Calendly and Google Calendar are used to book calls and sessions; calls are held on Zoom or Google Meet.
  • Google Forms holds intake forms, in the business's own Google account.
  • Vercel and Supabase host and store the client portal.

Each service handles your information under its own privacy policy, and some process it in the United States and other countries. We share with each only what it needs to do its job.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not set cookies of its own. Two small notes are kept in your own browser and never sent to us: the private enrollment page keeps your invitation there while you use it, and the site remembers when it last showed you its welcome window, so it appears at most once every two weeks.

When you use Stripe's checkout, Eventbrite, Calendly or Google, those services set their own cookies under their own policies. Newsletter images on the Learn pages load from Kit.

How long we keep information

  • Orders and payment records: 7 years, for tax and accounting, then deleted.
  • Emails and form messages: the website's own copies (receipts, download links, assessment reflections and messages sent through its forms) are deleted automatically after 90 days. Messages also reach our business inbox, where correspondence is kept for up to 2 years.
  • Download links: they stop working after about an hour. A new one can be requested from your order page.
  • Intake forms and the client portal: for the length of your program and 2 years after it ends, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
  • Private enrollment invitations that are never used: 1 year after they expire, then deleted.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

To make a request, email hello@livingwholistically.org with the subject "Privacy request" from the address you used with us. We will confirm it is you and reply within 30 days. If we must keep something for longer (for example an order record kept for tax), we will tell you what and why.

You will not be treated differently for making a request. Depending on where you live, your state's law may give you further rights; we honor these requests from everyone.

Keeping information safe

Every page and form is served over an encrypted connection. Downloads are stored privately and are only reachable through links that expire. Access to client information is limited to Maleeah and Living Wholistically.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you as the law requires, and what we are doing about it.

Children

Our services are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a child has sent us their information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell current clients by email.
